Vendor & Crafter Set up Information

If We Need To Postponed 1 week for Rain We Will Post It On The Home Page Of This Website by 9:00 AM the day of the event.

Registration Is Open Until June 4

Only Registered Vendors & Crafters Will Be Allowed To Enter The Park With Vehicles The Day Of The Event. You can not drive in the park from 11:30 AM. until 5 PM

If you are an approved vendor or crafter you can set up from 10 – 11:30 AM on the day of the event.
The Map and Vendor’s list will be posted on this site a couple weeks before the event.
Changes are sometimes necessary so check the day before the event for your location.
Locations will be marked on the grass. Make sure you are in your space. If you are in someone else’s space you will have to move.

All cars must be removed from the park by 11:30 AM that are not behind your table.

Good parking is available by Univest bank on skate park side of the creek and by the ball fields on the covered bridge side of the creek.
You can re-enter the park at the end of the day (around 5 pm) to pick up your things from your space.

PARKING WILL NOT BE PERMITTED BY THE SKATE PARK

The Command Center will be open at 10:00 AM on the day of the event to assist you.

IF YOU REQUESTED ELECTRIC…

If you requested electric please note: we do the best we can given we’re in a park. I’d recommend bringing a 100 ft. long, heavy duty/outdoor extension cord and a power strip to be on the safe side.
